The Simonsen/Ideal HCP3324STRTA high capacity poly tender is a new approach to tender design that incorporates time tested and proven Simonsen auger and hydraulic systems with modern day high density poly hoppers.  When we designed this tender, we took the best of what we had to offer in our stainless steel line of tenders and built on our experience to take advantage of the benefits that poly hoppers had to offer.  By utilizing advanced engineering and production methods, we are able to offer a 1016 cubic foot tender in the same footprint as our 25.5 ton stainless steel tenders without giving up any advantages compared to stainless steel.

  • Epoxy primer with 2 component polyurethane paint on the frame.
  • Heavy duty tandem hydraulic pump and motors.
  • Sealed bearings throughout.
  • Grease bank on the vertical and delivery auger.
  • Pit dump doors under all compartments.
